Careers

Dietitians, It is time we become the main character.

While Dietitian Driven was absolutely created with patients in mind, I built it just as much to move our field forward.

Too often, we’re left with two flawed options: join a large healthcare system where our impact is limited and our scope minimized—or go solo, with no training, no infrastructure, and little support.

Worse, many hybrid or private practice models exploit our credentials to feed profit-driven platforms that don’t understand our work, let alone value it.

Dietitian Driven was built to change that.

About the Position: Registered Dietitian

We are looking for a Registered Dietitian to provide individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in a hybrid setting. Sessions are primarily in-office, with a caseload of 25–32 patient hours per week. A minimum of 20 patient hours must be conducted in-office, with the remainder offered remotely for flexibility.

What We Offer

Structured Yet Flexible Scheduling

Predictable scheduling with some flexibility to support work-life balance while maintaining patient care needs.

Work-Life Balance

A brand-new, thoughtfully designed workspace, regular movement breaks, high-quality coffee, and a fully stocked fridge and snack drawer.

Human-Centered Approach

Collaborative, Solution-Focused Team

Work in an environment rooted in teamwork, innovation, and problem-solving, where open communication is encouraged.

Earn $40–$55 per patient hour, with realistic caseload expectations to prevent burnout. Compensation falls within the 60th–75th percentile per the 2024 Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Compensation and Benefits Report.

All positions start hourly, with a clear path to a salaried position, ensuring fair and sustainable compensation.
